Welcome to my Doctor of Ministry portfolio online. The menu on the left side of this page reflects the content available. The Ministry Development Plan presents the framework through which I accomplish the objectives documented here, the Leadership Competencies section organizes and presents the bulk of my classwork and assignments to date, and the other sections are self-explanatory.

 

Naturally, the direction toward which these Doctor of Ministry activities tend is the doctoral project. The title for my project is A Curriculum to Equip Lay Pastoral Candidates for Service in the Pennsylvania Conference. The foundation for the curriculum it proposes are pastoral competencies identified through a survey of relevant literature and biblical insights on ministerial training. The curriculum was field tested throughout 2008.
